AP Academy Adulting & Parenting Training Needs Assessment

This assessment is designed to help you evaluate your current strengths and growth areas as you grow into your adulting and/or parenting role. Based on the principles outlined in the book Growing Into Your Parenting Role by William (Bill) Shackelford, this diagnostic tool identifies the foundational, growth, and leadership skills needed for confident adulting and intentional parenting. In addition, it guides you to the training, coaching, and mentoring you need to conquer your greatest adulting and/or parenting challenges.
